Hi, I am Rebekah, a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
I work with men and women in midlife and beyond who want to improve their health and purpose in life.
I specialise in menopause and perimenopause challenges and weight loss during this time of life.
I will help you achieve the life that you want! I will empower you with the tools and guidance necessary to achieve your health goals. My approach is through making small changes each week which we will build upon to get you where you want to be.
