Before working with Rebekah, I had issues when I started walking as I had to sit down as I would shake. I would have to sleep in the middle of the day as I was constantly tired. This made me feel depressed. Working with Rebekah has been really good and helped me discover what my real issues were with food and what food worked better for me I have lost 7lbs. I have also not had any shaky moments when I have been out and about. I’m able to push myself a bit further because of this The realisation that white bread was a factor in making me tired was good to know as I haven’t been able to find any of this out from my G.P.
